Description
Antares is hiring a Harness Design Engineer to own the end-to-end design, release, supplier qualification, build-package management, and in-house harnessing of wire harnesses for testbed and safety-class applications. The role covers harness CAD, schematics, component selection, safety-class design, design reviews, PLM and software-integration improvements, supplier relationships, BOM accuracy, and technician and build-team management. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree or equivalent practical experience, at least two years of production harness design experience, dedicated harness CAD experience, and experience with supplier and quality programs. The listed salary range is $125,000-$175,000 for the Harnessing Engineer II level.
