Pilgrim’s is hiring a Hatchery Labor employee in Broadway, Virginia to handle and set eggs, monitor incubation conditions, assist with chick hatching and transfer, perform quality checks, sanitize equipment and work areas, maintain flock-health records, and support chick vaccination and transport. The role requires physical work in high-temperature environments, lifting and pushing heavy loads, and follows a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday schedule from 5 AM to 2 PM or until production is complete.
