Pilgrim’s is hiring a Hatchery Supervisor - Night Shift to supervise and monitor hatchery production, egg pickup, inventory, egg breakout, and the production of healthy baby chicks for broiler growth. The role includes directing and hiring personnel, maintaining records, setting schedules, enforcing safety and biosecurity programs, and overseeing a safe working environment. Candidates need at least one year of processing or manufacturing experience, hatchery knowledge, previous supervisory experience, computer skills, and a degree is preferred.
