Pilgrim’s is hiring a night-shift Hatchery Supervisor in Sanford, North Carolina to supervise hatchery production, egg pickup, inventory, egg breakout, workforce scheduling, hiring and training, safety, biosecurity, and production of healthy broiler chicks while controlling costs. The role requires at least one year of experience in a processing or manufacturing environment, hatchery knowledge, prior supervisory experience, interpersonal and computer skills including Microsoft Office. A degree is preferred. The position offers a base salary of $60,591 to $73,618.20, medical, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days, paid leave, a 401(k) match after one year, bonus eligibility, and career development opportunities.
