Description
The Utility Team Member supports Pilgrim’s hatchery operations by transferring eggs between incubators and hatchers, loading incubators, cleaning and disinfecting equipment, monitoring and troubleshooting machinery, assisting with chick processing, training new team members, and participating in safety audits and SOP reviews. The role requires physical work in demanding conditions, a valid PIT license, data-entry and computer skills, and availability for rotating weekends and varying shifts.
