Description
Blake Farms is hiring a Haunt Manager to lead creative direction, season planning, budgeting, vendor management, guest and employee safety, marketing coordination, and on-site execution for four fall haunted attractions. The role reports to the Agritainment Manager, oversees Assistant Haunt Managers and Haunt Leads, and requires hands-on creative and operational leadership. It includes summer planning, pre-season build and rehearsal oversight, in-season weekend night shifts averaging 32–40 hours per week, and post-season teardown and reconciliation.
