Micron Technology is hiring an HBM Shift Production Engineer to supervise production staff in a manufacturing area, coordinate daily operations, manage production schedules and lot tracing, maintain manufacturing KPIs, lead department projects, analyze abnormal events, and support productivity, quality, cycle-time, and cost-improvement activities. The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher, TOEIC 650 or equivalent certification, basic data-processing skills, and willingness to work shifts; baseline digital fluency and AI-assisted tool use are also expected.
