HBM SoC RTL Design Engineer at Micron

The role requires an electrical or computer engineering degree, at least three years of related experience, RTL/SoC integration expertise, RTL-to-GDS flow knowledge, EDA tool familiarity, and scripting experience. The US base salary range is $121,000 to $247,000 per year, with medical, dental, and vision plans available.
