Description
CACI is seeking a Senior Consultant (HCM Analytics & BI Developer) to support a large-scale federal human capital management modernization program. The role designs, develops, and maintains Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM analytics and reporting using OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and HCM Extract; it also builds workforce dashboards, EHRI/GHRR reports, org chart visualizations, and Section 508/WCAG-compliant outputs. The position is primarily remote with up to 10% travel and may require onsite reporting in Reston as needed. It requires U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree plus five years of relevant experience, five or more years in BI development or enterprise reporting, and three or more years with Oracle enterprise BI tools. The proposed salary range is $75,200 to $158,100.
