CACI is hiring a Principal Consultant (HCM Analytics & BI Developer) to architect and deliver analytics for a federal Human Capital Management modernization initiative using Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The role builds Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud dashboards and reports; develops HCM Extract workflows, org-chart visualizations, predictive models, and governed data models; supports federal HR compliance and accountability reporting; and leads technical workstreams. The position is primarily remote with possible onsite reporting in Reston, requires a Public Trust clearance and U.S. citizenship, and offers a proposed salary range of $90,300 to $189,600.
