CACI is hiring a full-time HCM Cloud Scrum Master to support a large-scale federal Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modernization program. The role serves as a Scrum Master and SAFe Agile Coach across Core HR, Talent, Learning, Benefits, Compensation, Application Security, and Technical/Functional Support teams; may also support Release Train Engineer activities; and coordinates PI Planning, cross-team dependencies, Agile metrics, impediment removal, ART ceremonies, and agency transition tasks. The position is remote with a preference for candidates in the DMV area, requires a Public Trust clearance and US citizenship, and offers a proposed salary range of $75,200-$158,100.
