Description
CACI is seeking a full-time HCM Data Migration Middleware Developer to support a large-scale federal Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modernization program. The role focuses on designing and maintaining ETL pipelines and middleware that transform legacy HR data into Oracle Fusion HCM Data Loader and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader formats, while also leading VBS and APEX development, custom integrations, reporting, workflow extensions, sandbox management, code reviews, and production support. The position is primarily remote with up to 10% local travel and a preference for candidates in the DMV area. It requires a Public Trust clearance, US citizenship, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and 7+ years of relevant software development experience.
