ConsultNet is seeking a Workday HCM Functional Analyst to serve as a functional owner across the HCM portfolio, with particular depth in Core HCM and Workday Security. The role covers worker lifecycle configuration, recruiting, talent, compensation, benefits, security, reporting, data loads, integrations, testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and user training. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of HRIS or enterprise application experience, including at least three years of hands-on Workday configuration and production support, plus experience in Core HCM, Workday Security, and at least two HCM modules.
