Dayforce is hiring an Implementation Consultant for its Services Consulting team to support enterprise clients through the planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stages of Dayforce HCM implementations. The role focuses on time, attendance, scheduling, payroll connectors, requirements gathering, solution design, customer workshops, configuration, testing, issue resolution, and post-implementation support, while collaborating with Senior Consultants and Project Managers. Candidates need at least two years of experience in HCM application consulting, HRIS implementation, or related customer-facing software consulting, along with knowledge of business processes, relational databases, SQL, XML, XSLT, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based software. The position requires international travel and client-site work, and Dayforce does not provide visa sponsorship.
