Huron is hiring an HCM TAP Analyst to support its Enterprise Solutions team with primary responsibility for Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll. The role involves analyzing business needs, configuring and maintaining Workday functionality, managing mass data updates and year-end processing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting testing and deployments, and resolving production issues. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 1–2 years of Workday HCM experience, with strong communication, organization, Microsoft Office 365, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
