Description
The HCVP Caseworker performs Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher case management under the HCVP Supervisor, including tenant and landlord interviews, eligibility and re-certification processing, rent and housing assistance payment calculations, ECS data entry, file maintenance, quality-control audits, fraud identification, terminations, relocations, portability submissions, and tenant-landlord mediation. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of customer-service experience, a valid Texas driver license, and completion of specified Section 8 training within nine months of hire.
