The employer is hiring an HDI Site Supervisor in Hamburg to independently manage and supervise ongoing special deep construction projects, organize construction schedules and processes, lead foremen and trade teams, manage personnel, equipment, and materials, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to the expansion of the HDI division. The role requires professional site-supervision experience in special deep construction, preferably HDI knowledge or relevant civil, deep-construction, or water-engineering experience, along with German language, communication, and organizational skills.
