Description
The Head Application Development leads TIAA's IT applications and systems software development and implementation, including application strategy, vendor selection, quality assurance, audits, and short- to mid-term strategy execution. The role manages and develops the IT Applications management team and key staff, coordinates with leadership and direct reports, and represents the organization in significant IT matters. A university degree is preferred and 10+ years of experience is required.
