Metrobank is hiring a Head, Automation to lead software quality assurance delivery with a focus on test automation and performance testing across the bank’s enterprise applications. The role oversees the day-to-day administration of the automation/testing department, including workload planning, staffing, policy formulation, budget and operational controls, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement of testing frameworks and practices. It also includes personnel management, documentation review, compliance oversight, and support for audit and regulatory requirements.
