Description
The Head Barista is a senior specialty-coffee role responsible for maintaining coffee and beverage quality, training and mentoring baristas, managing equipment and inventory, supporting the manager, and rotating between the machine, POS, and café-floor service. The role requires at least two years of barista or Head Barista experience in specialty coffee or four years in non-specialty coffee, relevant hospitality experience, food-safety accreditation, strong technical barista skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
