Apt Resources is hiring a Head Bartender for a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The role leads bar operations, including staff management, scheduling, training, cocktail menu development, inventory control, cost management, guest service, compliance with health/safety/licensing regulations, and collaboration with other departments. The position requires at least 5 years of bartending experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or Head Bartender role in luxury or upscale establishments, strong leadership and communication skills, and current presence in the UAE.
