Description
Barrière is hiring a Head Bartender, or alternatively a Bar Manager, to lead beverage operations across three bars at the Casino Barrière Tirana ahead of its December 2026 grand opening. Reporting to the General Manager, the role oversees bar service, cocktail preparation, inventory, billing, cash floats, and shift procedures while leading approximately eight staff members. The position is available mid-November, offers a base salary of €1,200 net per month, and requires hospitality experience, a strong customer-centric mindset, and English proficiency.
