Description
The role serves as a front-of-house beverage-service and shift-leader for a hospitality operation. Responsibilities include answering guest questions about wines and cocktails, checking and replenishing liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies, preparing drink orders, issuing and serving bottles, handling cash and bank procedures, securing storage areas, and communicating replenishment needs. The position also assists with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees, while maintaining safety, security, confidentiality, and service standards.
