Ballerina Farm is hiring a full-time Head Cheesemaker to lead and grow its cheese program at its on-site production facility in Hideout, Utah. The role oversees batch production, dairy equipment operation, sanitation, quality control, packaging, inventory, production scheduling, recipe development, and training of cheesemaking team members. Candidates need commercial dairy or artisan cheese experience, strong knowledge of milk chemistry and cheese production, food-safety and regulatory knowledge, and the ability to train others.
