Get Golfing CIO is hiring a full-time Head Chef to report to the General Manager and lead kitchen operations across its venues. The role involves developing menus and recipes, managing kitchen staff, overseeing allergen management and food safety, supporting recipe costing and cost control, delivering training, and collaborating with catering, clubhouse, sales, and marketing teams. Candidates should have experience in menu and program development, scalable recipe specifications, waste and stock loss management, training, and developing others. The position requires evening and weekend availability and offers a salary of £42,000–£45,000 per year, along with pension, training, free golf, food and beverage discounts, and a staff referral programme.
