Description
The employer is hiring a Head Chef for the restaurant at the Novotel Angers Lac de Maine hotel in Angers, France. The role is responsible for developing menus, receiving orders, preparing inventory counts, and taking full responsibility for the kitchen and its team. The position works Monday to Friday and some weekends, is on-site, and is offered under a permanent contract (CDI). Catering or restaurant experience of at least one year is required, while CAP/BEP and a Category B driver’s license are optional.
