The Ministry of the Armed Forces and Veterans Affairs is hiring a full-time HEAD CHEF for the 13th Foreign Legion Demi-Brigade at Camp du Larzac in Aveyron, France. The role leads and coordinates the production team, develops menus and recipes, supervises food preparation and distribution, manages food stocks and supplies, ensures compliance with food-safety procedures, and provides special catering services. The position requires a level 3 professional in collective catering, knowledge of food hygiene and safety, proficiency with occupational IT tools, and the ability to lead a team under organizational contingencies. It follows a continuous daytime schedule of 38 hours per week, with on-call duty, weekend work, and occasional event-related services.
