Compass Group is hiring a permanent, full-time Head Chef for Restaurang Rödabergsskolan, a school serving approximately 800 daily lunches and snacks. The role leads a kitchen team, manages operational, financial, quality, inventory, costing, waste, purchasing, menu planning, and compliance, and prepares two main dishes daily for preschool through ninth grade and educators. The position requires hotel and restaurant management education with a culinary focus, at least five years of chef experience, at least two years of personnel and financial responsibility, menu-planning experience, and fluent Swedish.
