Compass Group Norge is hiring a Head Chef for a daytime canteen role in the Skien area, Monday through Friday. The position leads kitchen operations, menu planning, food production, staffing and training, ingredient ordering, cost management, HSE, hygiene, and internal control, while collaborating with the Operations Manager and other departments. Candidates should have a chef trade certificate or extensive kitchen experience, leadership experience in large-scale catering, canteens, or restaurants, knowledge of operations and budgets, strong team-building skills, and fluent Norwegian.
