The role owns kitchen operations, including team culture and rostering, food quality, cost discipline, supplier relationships, KPI tracking, mentoring, and performance reporting. Candidates should have experience leading a high-volume commercial kitchen, ideally in a hotel or comparable hospitality setting, along with experience managing labour and food costs, supplier negotiations, budgets, and reporting.
