The Hare & Billet is hiring a Head Chef to lead its kitchen, manage busy pub services, develop the kitchen team, maintain food quality and safety standards, and oversee commercial performance through GP, stock, labour, and waste. The role requires previous Head Chef experience, experience leading a fresh-food kitchen, strong organisation, commercial awareness, and a passion for quality food.
