Description
The Assistant Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department will oversee the efficient operation of the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. The role is responsible for ensuring that all outlets and banquets operate successfully, meet hotel standards, and are individually profitable, while addressing employee, guest, and owner expectations. The position ideally requires a professional diploma in Food Production and at least two years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a larger operation, along with practical, operational, and administrative skills and creativity.
