Description
Château de Mercuès is recruiting a Head Chef for its secondary restaurant, La Table de Haute Serre, in the historic wine cellar of Château de Haute-Serre in the Lot. The role creates a modern, fire-centered cuisine using seasonal local ingredients, manages purchasing, costs, and inventory, leads a small team, and conducts cooking classes for guests. The position is on a permanent contract with a start date before March 2027, split shifts, and annualized hours adjusted to business activity.
