Description
The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations across Grandmother and Clubhouse outlets and event spaces in The Social Hub Barcelona, leading and developing the kitchen team, designing menus, managing staffing, food costs, inventory, waste, suppliers, and guest experiences, and reporting to the Executive Chef and F&B leadership. The role requires at least three years of Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience, strong culinary and operational expertise, financial understanding, and English and Spanish language skills.
