BaxterStorey is hiring a Head Chef in Eynsham, Oxford, for Monday to Friday shifts from 07:00 to 15:30, 40 hours per week, at up to £36,000. The role leads and develops chefs, manages client and stakeholder relationships, maintains food and operational standards, and drives health, safety, sustainability, financial, and governance KPIs. Applicants should have experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role, strong team-management and coaching skills, analytical and budgeting ability, and excellent communication.
