The role leads and develops direct reports, manages client and stakeholder relationships, maintains food standards and safety, supports business KPIs, and requires experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role, strong team-management and coaching skills, budgeting and commercial performance knowledge, and excellent communication and organisational abilities.
