BaxterStorey is hiring a Head Chef for a Monday-to-Friday role at £40,000 per annum. The position leads and develops direct reports, builds relationships with clients and stakeholders, maintains food standards and service quality, and achieves health, safety, sustainability, financial, and governance KPIs. Candidates should have experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role, strong team-management and coaching skills, analytical and budgeting ability, and excellent communication and organisational skills.
