Playground is hiring a Head Chef/Chef de Cuisine to lead daily culinary operations at its gaming destination near Kahnawake. The role oversees menu development, service quality, kitchen staff, food safety, vendor relationships, inventory, and cost controls. Candidates need at least five years of experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a fine-dining or high-volume establishment, culinary education or equivalent training, valid MAPAQ certification, bilingual English and French ability, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, overnight hours, and holidays.
