Description
Mercure Bordeaux Centre is recruiting an Executive Chef to support the reopening of its Sans Pression restaurant in September 2026. The role leads a fully renovated kitchen, manages production across buffets, seminars, cocktails, banquets, brunches, and snacking, recruits and leads teams, controls costs, and ensures service quality. It is a permanent 39-hour-per-week position with a start as soon as possible, potential gross annual earnings of €42,900, and additional benefits including health insurance, a food allowance, and a bonus plan.
