Api Restauration is recruiting a Head Chef for a school restaurant in Saintes, France, serving 800 meals to middle and high schools and delivering to nursery and primary schools. The role leads a six-person kitchen team, manages orders and hygiene, prepares seasonal homemade dishes, and requires catering experience, culinary techniques, HACCP knowledge, and leadership skills. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a Wednesday rest day, 6:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., and pays €24,000 gross per year excluding benefits.
