L’Aventure is hiring a Head Chef in Paris to lead culinary excellence and oversee all kitchen operations, including menu design, ingredient quality, production, service consistency, team scheduling and training, recruitment, inventory, equipment maintenance, HACCP compliance, and cost control. The role requires proven Head Chef experience, preferably in fine dining or Italian cuisine, along with technical mastery, culinary creativity, leadership, organization, and a passion for Italian cuisine.
