Everett Community College is hiring a Head Coach to lead an assigned intercollegiate athletic program. The role recruits and develops student-athletes, coaches training and competition, mentors players, oversees assistant coaches, manages team logistics and compliance, supports academic and life-skills development, and contributes to fundraising and outreach. The position pays an annual stipend of $11,389.84, requires two years of competitive athletics coaching experience or equivalent experience, a Washington State driver’s license held for at least one year, and First Aid, CPR, and AED certification within 30 days of hire. It is a non-hybrid, ten-month contract role with variable days and times based on team schedules.
