Description
The Store Manager is responsible for maximizing store profitability and operational excellence by supervising Team Members and Assistant Coaches, managing hiring and performance, monitoring sales and pawning and buying activities, enforcing policies and compliance, and providing guest service. The role requires retail or pawn experience, familiarity with point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office proficiency, and eligibility to serve as a responsible person on a Federal Firearms License. Compensation is $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
