Head Coach at [solidcore]

The Head Coach serves as the studio’s lead fitness instructor, coaching an average of 11 classes per week while modeling [solidcore] standards, supporting new and existing coaches, and helping with client relations, retail operations, inventory, and studio upkeep. The role is permanent, exempt, full-time, and requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays, along with group fitness experience, client communication skills, and proficiency with G-Suite and Microsoft Office. Compensation is $68,004–$75,654 per year, with health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible PTO, a 401(k) match, and a cellphone stipend.
