Taylor University is hiring a Head Coach to lead, manage, and develop its Competitive Cheer team within the athletic department. The role oversees program operations, recruiting, budgeting, fundraising, assistant coach supervision, practice and game-plan implementation, athlete mentoring, spiritual discipleship, compliance, and representation of the university. A bachelor’s degree is required, with intercollegiate coaching experience preferred; the position requires travel for competitions and occasional recruiting.
