Takeda is hiring a Digital Manufacturing Lead to lead the Digital Manufacturing function across the GCC and provide global expertise for digital transformation in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role covers Manufacturing Systems, OT Integration, Data Platforms, Analytics, Pharma 4.0, GMP compliance, data integrity, cybersecurity, quality, regulatory governance, innovation, and stakeholder management. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or information discipline, a master's degree preferred, and 15+ years of experience in digital manufacturing, manufacturing systems, operational technology, industrial automation, or related regulated-industry disciplines.
