Description
Oetiker is hiring a Manager, Product & Process Engineering (PPE) to lead its engineering team supporting high-volume manufacturing. The role oversees product and process engineering activities, tooling and fixture development, manufacturing process optimization, capacity planning, product and process change approvals, new product introductions, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and engineering standards. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, at least five years of engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, leadership experience, and knowledge of tooling, die design, GD&T, CAD, and manufacturing processes.
