Takeda is hiring a GCC Design Engineering Manager to lead its global Design Engineering and Engineering Operations hub in Bengaluru. The role owns people, capacity, governance, performance, delivery, quality, compliance, financial, vendor, digital, and stakeholder management across pharmaceutical facility and manufacturing lifecycles. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, 15+ years of progressive experience in engineering, design management, engineering operations, capital project delivery, manufacturing support, or a regulated industry, and significant experience leading large multidisciplinary engineering or technical services organizations.
