Description
Assystem is hiring a Head – Geotechnical Engineering to lead and grow the geotechnical engineering capability across infrastructure, energy, and industrial projects. The role provides technical leadership in geotechnical design, site investigations, foundations, slope stability, ground improvement, underground structures, and soil-structure interaction; oversees multidisciplinary project delivery; builds and develops the geotechnical team; promotes advanced analysis tools and digital engineering; and manages governance, risk, compliance, and quality. The position requires a master's degree in geotechnical, civil, or a related discipline and 15–20+ years of geotechnical engineering consultancy experience, with complex infrastructure or energy project experience and multidisciplinary team-management experience.
