Description
The Head Host will lead the front-of-house team at The Hoxton, Shoreditch, creating a welcoming guest experience, motivating hosts, managing CRM bookings and restaurant tables, and coordinating with restaurant managers and chefs. The role requires at least two years of hospitality front-of-house or maître d’ management experience, strong CRM and table-management skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
